How to make up to a chat mate a friend 10yrs ago who doesn't remember you?

i have a friend i met her 10 yrs ago in h.s. as i search her and chat with her she does not remember me anymore but it goes well at the first week. later on i get so exited to talk to her i asked

Well, first E-mail her with another account and apologies for what you wrote. Tell her that you want to become good friends. That you want to get to know her if is all right with her. Ask her if she wants to be friends, that you would understand if she doesn't want to become friends. Just be careful what you write don't mess up again.
