How does an 11yr old with mild retardation put on make up right?

like , my eyelashes are naturally clumpy...tangled, all the time so i don't wear any mascara and i'm not the most experienced and am blind in one eye which makes it hard to see what i'm doing on the one side so i don't wear liner...but all my friends wear make up and i'm starting to feel left out plus, i hate my face!

alright alright.. all these people are saying you dont need make up.. and in general i agree with them.. but you didnt ask if you were too young for makeup, you asked how to put it on.


So lets get to the 'mild retardation' part of the question. If we are just talking about a little distance between the eyes and a slightly large forehead, a little high quality (and i stress high quality) masquera will certainly help.. dont be afraid to spend a little on it. Also just a mild blush/foundation can go a long way. Try and shape your hair around your face so it falls right in the middle of your cheeks.. that will help distract from any physical abnormalities you might have.


don't try to fuc k with lipstick (its an old womans make up) or much eye liner. you want to make it so it does not look like you have any make up on.. especially at your age. A gentle touch up wont hurt thoughHow does an 11yr old with mild retardation put on make up right?

if you're 11 than you really don't need to be wearing makeup. My mom wouldn't let me touch mascara or eyeliner until I was thirteen. If you have trouble because of your eyesight, then ask your mom to do it for you, or show you how. Also, dark eyes aren't necesarily pretty...they can be scary if done wrong. A natural look can be even prettier. Try this:





dark pink lips (covergirl amazemint lipglosses are great, plus they have a ton of different shades...I like freedom of peach)





natural face: maybe a little blush or bronzer on your cheeks, but nothing else





subtle eyes: try a subtle gold shadow, something that adds a little shimmer and dimension without looking to flashy. Take a large brush and take a small amount of shadow, then sweep it all over your lids, then gently rub with your finger to get rid of the excess shadow and any lines.





the trick to mascara: if you have naturally clumpy lashes apply a coat of mascara, but before it dries run a lash brush through it and that will stop the clumps. Try this brush

at 11 years old u do not need makeup! alot of people go through an awkward stage, just wait it out and try putting makeup on when u get older. u can practice at home for awhile until u trust yourself to put it on with one eye...
An 11 year old does not need make-up. At all
when i was your age i wore make up its fine but if u dont know how to put make up on ask your mum or just put lip gloss.
please let your mommy do ur makeup for u because it's really hard if u put it by urself.


and u can try blush and lipgloss by urself if you can try

Because it depends on the features, here's a list of the features and the makeup that matches it.





Dark Red hair and brown eyes- Any shade of green depending on your skin color; the darker the skin, the lighter the color Dark, Earthy browns and neutrals look really pretty.


All red hair- A dark earthy brown with possibly some brown eyeliner or mascara.





Brown hair Brown Eyes- Pale colors- Orange brightens the face (including shirts) while pale purples and blues give you a more colorful, dramatic look though ANY blue looks good with these features. If you want to use purple, use a silver or gray liner. For blues, use a black liner or mascara. To make brown eyes POP use a very light goldish-tan color from under the brow to the crease and at the crease a light brown liner then under the crease use some light purple shadow and then brown liner ONLY at the top lid and if you want, put some black mascara (I find that complimenting also). Now I am more focused (b/c these are my features) I wear a dark gold shadow and on the inside of the eye some black eyeliner (it may hurt first time putting it on but it's worth it:P. Also I wear a cheap NYC Pink Kiss lipgloss which is like a neon pink usually but now just lip balm b/c aside from being cheap, it's old soo I need a new one:P. And for mascara I use a volumizing black mascara and wear it only on the top while eyeliner only on the bottom b/c I have kinda droopy eyes, lol. What I CURRENTLY wear wear is just clear lipgloss and then for eyeshadow, it's a shimmery golden with Rimmel black volumizing mascara and then black eyeliner IN the eye b/c that gives a very natural look, just enough to compliment your features.





Blond hair brown eyes- While is you you have dark blond (dirty blond/light brown) hair and green or brown eyes, a dark tan or dark green (like the Croc. Hunter). Just neutrals look really good like dark earhty colors and and clear gloss. Try brown liner and/or mascara





Blond hair blue eyes: Dark purples, shimmery silvers, and smokey eye effect. Also, same as blond and brown eyes. Black eyeliner in the eye at the bottom and VOLUMIZED big lashes look really good
