if theres one thing iv learned from boy girl relations. a text is not the way to make up with some one. do it in person.
Are you sure he is interested in women like that? This is not meant as an insult, just a thought. As far as goin phsyco, we all say things we don't mean when emotional. If he is mature, he will know this, and all he'll need to hear is that you admit you're wrong, and you're sorry. Being strong enough to admit you're wrong is a characteristic sought by the wisest of people. Remember that you are special in your own way. Try not to read too much between the lines. If he continuously delays, he's not the one you want! I can guarantee this from experience. And he doesn't hate you. He's just not smart enough to know a good thing is getting away, or he's gay!
