How can i make up with a friend to whom i didn't answer her phone calls for the past month?

I've this really bad habit of not answering my phone, i hate long phone calls and people who talks a lot. I've lost contact with many friends because of this bad habit, i need an execuse to tell my friend why i didn't call her, putting in mind that she hears about me and i can't tell her for example that i was out of town. I've used all execuses starting with my mobile is not working to i'm so busy that i can't even see my missed callsHow can i make up with a friend to whom i didn't answer her phone calls for the past month?
Wow, for someone who hates people who talk a lot you sure do ramble about YOUR problems. Don't say anything to your friend, just call and just talk, lying as to why you didn't answer their calls will only make things worse for you. I think you should just tell her youre cell doesn`t take calls, just makes them or just tell her honestly that you don麓t like long calls.

Try telling the truth.
Call y0ur friend and explain everything. Lies wont do you any good this time unless you really want to lose most of your friends right? If you really not comfortable talking on the phone for too long tell them,being honest is one of the good things you can do for your friend. Also, try putting yourself with other people shoes in that way you will have an idea how would they feel by doing what youre doing now...
