How can I make it up to my friend?

So my friend used to work at this place where it had a arcade, go-karts, bumper boats, mini golf etc. He's worked there for over 2 years and his older bro before him. So since then (2 1/3 years ago) it was a group of about 5 friends including him. So when he worked we would go there and get free tokens and go on the rides. We did this a lot and never any problem. So friday we went to go chill with him and he let us on once, so we went. By the way, I always thought we were allowed to and that his managers were alright with it.





2 days later, a friend calls. HE GOT FIRED. I'm thinking, oh no. Cus he loved this job. The girl he was about to ask out worked there, and a lot of them were his friends now. Now I feel that I am responsible for this. I mean, there were others who went on more than me. And we used to go on SO MUCH before so i thought it was cool.





Now, he's mad/sad and I said if he wants to hang out today so we could just talk about it. What should I do to make it up to him? ALSO, there are other people dont' forget. Like 4-5 others who used to get on rides and I think they should make it up to him. And just taking him out for dinner sorta.....sucks. Can anyone think of a good idea?

Woah, what a harsh manager! You can try telling him you're sorry he had to lose his job. But I think he knows it's not really your fault. He was the one responsible for keeping the rules, but he bent them since you guys were friends. Now he's taking responsibility of it. If he really wanted the job back, then perhaps you could go with him while he persuades the manager to take him back? Do whatever you think is necessary to help him out. How can I make it up to my friend?
Say sorry to him coz it's really your guys fault. Introduced him another job and treat him a round of drinks, try it.

How should I style my hair and do my make-up tomorrow?

Hi!


I'm meeting up with some old friends at the mall tomorrow. they haven't seen me since I've gone from chains and black nailpolish to popped collar polos and oversized sunglasses.


my hair is just to my shoulders with long-ish side bangs.


I'm going to be wearing a yellow polo and denim shorts w/ silver flip-flops. (so you can figure out if my make-up should cordinate.

make u r eyes look really pretty so u r face will look smaller that makes u look sexy and then curl u r hair . wear contacts if u have them!!!!!!! it pops up u r eyes.

What make-up colors work for her?

Im doing my best friends make-up for homecoming. She thinks Im amazing with my make-up, so she wants me to do hers. The problem is that her skin tone is completely different than mine. I have a tan/olive skin tine...while she has a very, very pale skin tone. I love her skin, its flawless, but i have no idea what colors would work for her. Her dress is a deep purple, and she has dark blue eyes, with blonde hair. I just need to know what and how to apply eyeshadow, lips, cheeks.....etc?...please help me make this a night to remember.What make-up colors work for her?
LIPS: to make it last longer, apply some chapstick first. try a coral looking pink with a shiny gloss on top.


CHEEKS: use a light pink blush. apply to the apples of her cheeks with a thick brush.


EYES: dark purple eyeliner (to match the dress) and black mascara to make her dark blue eyes pop. and for eyeshadow, use silver or lavender...or even ask her for her opinion on colors. to apply, start out with the inner corner of her eye and work your way out. but dont go higher that the crease with one color.

Do light pastel shades with her eyeshadow. Since her dress is purple, do a light shade of lavender, or a deeper shade of purple, just be sure to be light handed with it. A light pink of lip gloss or lipstick. A soft bronze or rose shade would look best on her cheeks.

I'm fifteen years old and i have a close relationship with my Mum, we talk about pretty much everything and i know i can rely on her, but lately (the past year or so) i've been getting into make-up. My friends all wear it and they look gorgeous. I wear mascara and lipgloss, i want to wear mineral foundation but i know my mum will freak when i tell her. It's almost like she doesnt want me to grow up, i'm fifteen though for god sake and i really want to wear it, not because of my friends, but because i know i'll feel better about myself if I do.

You are 15 and your skin is delicate and prone to pimples because of hormonal changes in his age. I suggest dont use too much cosmetics. Using foundation everyday24X7 may harm your skin clogging the pores and hence resulting in pimples.


Use sunscreen instead if you desperately want to use foundation then use it very little(mix asmall amount in moisturiser or sunscreen and use). I am sure your mom will not be mad at you when she ll see that you dont use it everyday.I never knew you grow up by using make up. Its not that important. Dont think about it so much.

If she is really ignoring you and being a brat then maybe you guys shouldn't be friends anymore. But if she really will hear you out then she will probably forgive you. Just take it step by step. WELL, something very similar happened to me. It was very unpleasant to not talk to her or have her in my life. But slowly we started talking again. Now it's so much better.


I wouldnt do it on Facebook messages. If you can email her or go face to face is better.

Don't make up excuses just for that. Always remember, everybody hates liars and likes those who are honest, reliable, etc. So just tell them the truth even sometimes it seems hard to tell the truth.

Ok so one of my close friends invited me to go to a waterpark with her and her family for a few days. I would have to miss 2 days of school but I thought it'd be worth it. And she asked if I could go like a month ago. Well I kinda talked to my mom about it before and she said maybe.

your parents said no, i wouldnt argue with them. You can try to argue with them, but missing school is never a good thing with parents. Just say your sorry and you cant go, trust me after she comes back it wont even matter to her.
